The gadgets, dashboards, and reports provided by ConnectSMART are just the beginning! ConnectSMART clients have used the tools provided to display information not only from ConnectWise but from their Cisco Call Manager or Shoretel system, display metrics from VMWare servers, visualize data from Kaseya and so much more! In fact we decided to run a contest to see who could demonstrate the best business value of utilizing ConnectSMART. The submissions that we received were amazing! From taking a different perspective on a metric that we had already provided to coming up with completely new ones to innovative uses of the existing tools; everyone needs to know how much is in the "swear jar," right? Everyone benefited from seeing what others had created.

Our finalists were Ted Swanson from IT Solutions Consulting in Pennsylvania, John Campbell from Neteffect Technologies in Charlotte NC, and Sam Gridley from Integration Technologies in Honolulu. Sam went home with two new 42 in. LCDs for his dashboards and all of us went home with a great idea or two to add to our own dashboard. Here are a few samples from some of the submissions.
