So what is ConnectSMART?

At the heart of ConnectSMART is a set of database views of your ConnectWise data. These views pull information from all over your ConnectWise database, and "normalize" the data. This normalization organizes and presents the data in the most useful means for reporting and analysis. The key is that your data is never changed... you are always looking at your live data. Think of it this way - ConnectSMART is like a pair of fine reading glasses; it brings your data into focus.

Every small business that uses Microsoft Excel has a powerful tool at their disposal. ConnectSMART includes a number of Excel spreadsheets and pivot tables that tap into your LIVE ConnectWise data, allowing you to literally slice and dice your data real-time to look for trends or to tap into key management metrics and information.

Beyond the powerful spreadsheet analytics, ConnectSMART also delivers an entire collection of readymade graphical "gadgets". These gadgets can be custom tailored and placed together on screen to create a dashboard. You can create unique dashboards for different users or departments, so while your helpdesk is looking at service metrics, the management team is looking at financial information. The secret is to present key performance indicators via a graphical dashboard so you can manage your business at a glance!

ConnectSMART includes everything you need to design and create your own gadgets and dashboards, so your only limitation is your imagination. (If you lack that, call us, and we can probably create it for you).

What will ConnectSMART do for me?

OK... it won't make coffee for you, and it won't make your clients nicer. Maybe we'll put the coffee thing in the next version (just kidding).
